Such a gift getting to meet two women who bought my pieces @aplomb_gallery recently. One is an artist and collector, and the other bought her very first piece of art, which made it all feel extra special. Meeting them was a beautiful reminder that art is powerful in connecting us to our own human experiences and to each other’s ❤️

My work goes through many versions before it feels right to me. Sometimes I scrub and paint over a piece that is almost complete. If it doesn’t feel genuine to my voice, I am all too happy to clear the canvas and start again. It’s a wonderful feeling when your intuition redirects you onto the right path ❤️
